Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party named by you, other than the carrier) received the goods.
To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your notice before the period expires. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail without delay.
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, using the same means of payment you used.

- Complete the return form and send it to biuro@benchk.com — or print it and post it by registered mail with confirmation of receipt to: Benchmark Sp. z o.o., ul. Hanasiewicza 15, 35-103 Rzeszów, Poland.
- Please enclose the original purchase document (invoice).
You may inspect the goods as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond that. We do not charge an automatic restocking fee.
