Shipping within Poland

DELIVERY TIME

Products ordered in our online shop are sent within a maximum of 2 working days from the day payment is received. Standard delivery time is a maximum of 1-2 working days. After sending the parcel, the buyer receives a tracking number which can be used to track the parcel.

In the case of orders with personal collection, the ordered products are ready for collection on the same day.

PAYMENT BY TRADITIONAL TRANSFER
Orders in the online shop benchk.com can be paid using a traditional transfer. The data for the transfer will be sent directly to the customer’s email address immediately after placing the order in our online shop.

PAYMENT BY TRANSFER IN COOPERATION WITH PayU
Client can choose to pay for the order via online transfer from his bank via the PayU platform. When paying by bank transfer, you can choose one of 133 banks. This payment does not involve any additional fees. After making the transfer, the payment confirmation is sent directly to the customer’s e-mail address (which was provided when placing the order).

Shipping abroad

Shipping orders outside of Poland is possible only after prepayment. We dispatch only to the European Union countries. The cost of international shipment is priced individually depending on the selected product and the country to which the shipment is planned.

In the case of international shipping:

After receiving the order, we will contact you and inform you about the shipping costs and delivery date.
The product is shipped after a bank transfer in accordance with the previously issued pro forma invoice.
After sending the order, the buyer receives a tracking number to track the package during delivery.
