Areas and charges
Standard delivery to supported addresses in Poland and elsewhere in the EU is free. We use DPD in Poland and generally UPS internationally. Small parcels such as Recoil or small spare parts may also travel by DPD. Ireland, Cyprus, Malta, other islands and destinations outside the EU require individual agreement on service, cost and timing before purchase.
Dispatch and tracking
Available goods can be prepared and dispatched the same working day when payment reaches our bank account by 12:00 noon, Poland time. Timing starts when funds are received, not when the order is placed or the customer reports making a transfer. Transit after dispatch is usually 1–2 working days in Poland and 5–7 working days in other supported EU countries. These are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date. An order may contain several parcels and tracking numbers.
Payments and returns
Checkout or the individual payment instructions show the methods available for your order. We do not promise a payment method, instalment subsidy or financing offer that has not been presented before ordering. Free outbound delivery does not mean free change-of-mind returns. Rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods remain separate.
