Seller and scope

These terms apply to new website and individually prepared orders. They do not retrospectively change earlier contracts.
Ordering and prices
Before ordering, you receive the product details, quantity, gross price and currency, availability, delivery arrangements and all mandatory charges. You can correct your details before confirmation. The final order action must clearly indicate an obligation to pay; we provide contract confirmation and the applicable terms by email. A customer account is not required. PLN and EUR are separate price lists.
Individually arranged delivery
Delivery outside the automatically served area requires prior agreement on availability, cost and timing. A delivery enquiry is free and does not place an order or create an obligation to pay.
Payment and delivery
Available payment methods and their conditions are shown before the order is placed. For bank transfer, use the account matching the order currency, the order-number reference and the deadline in the payment instructions. Dispatch follows confirmation of payment. Serviceable areas and expected delivery timing are disclosed before purchase. Risk passes to consumers as required by law, normally when they receive the goods.
Withdrawal, faults and outlet goods
Consumers normally have 14 days after receiving distance-purchased goods to notify withdrawal without a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. The withdrawal information includes the procedure and optional model form. The seller is responsible for goods that do not conform to the contract. A manufacturer's commercial warranty is additional and does not replace statutory rights. Outlet status does not automatically remove consumer protection; specific departures from normal characteristics must be clearly disclosed and separately accepted before purchase.
Using the website and disputes
Use an up-to-date browser, internet connection and working email address. Do not submit unlawful content or interfere with the service. Website complaints can be sent to biuro@benchk.com. Polish law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection under the applicable law of your habitual residence. Statutory court-jurisdiction and alternative-dispute-resolution rights remain. Consumer assistance is available through the relevant national authority and European Consumer Centres. Statutory protections for qualifying individual business buyers also remain.
