Can I cancel the purchase?
According to the Act of 30 May 2014r. Consumer’S Rights (Journal of Laws 2014 item 827), the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the sale contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of possession of the item by the buyer or a third person designated by him beside the carrier. Cancellations can be made for all or part of the goods ordered.
How to cancel the purchase?
The relevant declaration must be submitted in writing and sent by registered mail (with acknowledgment of receipt) to the following address: Benchmark Sp. With o.o. 35-073 Rzeszów ul. Pl. Wolnosci 13/2. Please, include the original purchase document (receipt, invoice), too.
Who pays the cost of sending the product?
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer, unless it is not a refund of the item and its complaint. If it is recognized, the trader is obliged to reimburse the cost of shipping the goods. The returned goods should be packed in the appropriate manner, ensuring no damage during transport. We inform you that we do not accept any packages sent to us for download.
In what time should we get a refund?
The seller must return the money not later than within 14 days of the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice. The money will be returned to the bank account from which the goods were paid. You must return the goods within the same period.

The goods must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice by the company.
Is it possible to exchange the goods?
The returned goods can be exchanged for another one, which is in our offer. Depending on the product you choose, we will refund you with an overpayment or a missing sum. In order to exchange the purchased goods you have to place a new order in the comment, entering “order exchange nr …”.
What if the product turned out to be faulty or incomplete?
If your equipment is damaged or if it does not operate correctly, please contact us at 536-560-089. We will provide you with further information. Repaired or exchanged for faulty goods we send to the customer at our expense.
