Can I cancel the purchase of the goods?
In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014 item 827), the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the concluded sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date on which the buyer or the third party indicated by him other than the carrier comes into possession of the goods.
How to cancel the purchase?
The relevant statement should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or submitted in writing and sent by registered mail (with confirmation of receipt) to the company address: Benchmark Sp. z o.o. Al. Prof. Adama Krzyżanowskiego 11, 35-327 Rzeszów. Please, attach the original purchase document (receipt, invoice).
Who bears the cost of returning the product?
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer, unless this is not a return of the item but a complaint. If it is recognized, the company is obliged to reimburse the costs of shipping the goods. Returned goods should be packed in an appropriate manner, ensuring no damage during transport. Please, be advised that we do not accept any packages sent to us with payment on delivery.
When to expect a refund?
The seller must return the money no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving the statement of withdrawal from the contract. The money will be returned to the bank account from which the payment for the goods was made. The goods must be sent back within the same period.

Is it possible to exchange goods?
Returned goods can also be exchanged for other product from our offer. Depending on the product selected, we will refund you an excess amount or you will pay the difference. In order to exchange purchased goods, a new order should be placed with added comment “order No. … exchange”.
What if the product turned out to be defective or incomplete?
If the purchased equipment is damaged or in your opinion is malfunctioning, please contact us at (+48) 575-188-088. We will provide you with information on how to proceed. We send repaired or replaced goods free of defects to the customer at our own expense.
What to do if the packaging appears damaged on delivery?
If the packaging raises your concerns on delivery, open the package and check its contents in the presence of the courier. In the event of damage, request a damage report that will be able to confirm the damage and its extent. Complaints about the mechanical damage of the consignment arising during transport will be considered only after the damage protocol has been drawn up and signed by the recipient and the supplier of the consignment.
