Gym ladders - installation (step by step)
Our expert shows how to install a gymnastic ladder “Master” in just 15 minutes at your home.
Step 1 – Remove all screws in the rungs.
Step 2 – Place the rungs in the holes, and then with the attached key screw the bolts from the outside of the ladder.
Step 3- put the pulling up rope on the rod and fix it to the ladder.
Step 4 – When the slats and the stick are on the ladder, install it to the wall by means of expansion joints or by screwing the bolts to the wall.
Step 5 – Now you can attach to it an additional exercise elements, e.g. a training bench.
